Turkey fsbo is 100% owned and operated by Turtle Webs.  Turkey fsbo is run as a free resource for people wishing to sell or purchase homes in Turkey, we do not charge for advertising your property and do not charge commission to either buyers or sellers using this site.

Turkey fsbo does not accept property advertisements from Real Estate Agents (Emlaks) posing as private home sellers, any advertisements found to belong to Real Estate Agents will be removed from the system.  We are however able to supply banner advertising at reasonable rates to Real Estate Agents, please contact us for more information.

Turkey fsbo are not responsible for the correctness or misrepresentation of any advertisement placed on this site, we are unable to verify property details and recommend that all purchasers ensure they are happy with and have verified the property details before proceeding with a purchase.  We further recommend that you consult a qualified Solicitor and/or Real Estate Agent for handling the legal implications of your purchase.

Properties are advertised for 90 (ninety) days by default, properties will be removed automatically after this time unless specifically requested by the owner to remove earlier.  Owners may extend their advertisements for a further 90 (ninety) days within 2 weeks of the end date.  Properties may be removed early by ourselves or the property owner.

Turkey fsbo will remove any advertisements where it becomes clear that the submitter is not the current and legal owner of the property.  All advertisements are accepted in good faith and Turkey fsbo will not be held liable for any submitters misrepresentation.

Turkey fsbo retain the right to refuse any advertisement where it feels the advertisement meets any of the following criteria:

• The property is not owned by the submitter
• The advertiser is a Real Estate Agent
• Offensive Language or Images used
• The advertisement is not for a real property
• Turkey fsbo feel the advertisement is misleading
• Turkey fsbo feel the advertisement is not beneficial to the web site or have any reservations about the quality and/or content of the advertisement

Turkey fsbo will not disclose any personal information collected through this site to any 3rd Party, all email addresses are stored securely.  Further we will not send any unsolicited emails.
